Upgrades to registry dataset

The registry has recently been updated to include a number of new fields. These fields will allow us to more accurately report on outcomes.

Data Fields now included

· Demographics: Study ID, Date of birth, Sex

· Pre-operative data: Primary cardiac diagnosis

· Operative data: Date of operation, Site(s) CardioCel used, Duration of operation, CPB and Xclamp times, Primary procedure, Secondary procedure/s, Type of patch utilised, Age at surgery (days), Weight

· Admission data: Reoperation (type, date), Re-interventions; type, date and indication perioperative

· Follow-up data: Date of follow up, CardioCel site problems (site, date), Imaging modality on which failure was identified and results of imaging, Re-interventions (type and date), CardioCel cell explanted, Biopsy performed at reintervention

· Death: date, cause
